Worst Airline in the world!
Horrible experience flying AirAsia!! Online booking program is terribly complicated and too onerous on purpose, so you miss all the extra charges added to your total. Charges like checked baggage for each passenger, insurance. This practice of negative billing is criminal. I travelled in a group of 7 and missed the 7 checked baggage payment that I did not want. We had a total of 6 bags and tried calling customer service 3X. Put on hold for 30 mins. each time and gave up. Cherry on the cake: they seated my 8 yr old niece at the back of the plane by herself. I spoke to the check in agent about making sure she sat with us and she reaffirmed that she was. 6 of us day in seat 9A-F, while she sat in 25! Disgusting!!
