I am using iphone 6, Airasia app is really unfriendly for users. It will appear "Your session will expire in 2 min....", then loading again , i m facing the difficultly to book a flight ticket or choose any option, Can you plz solve the prob, It is really suffering !!

I tryied 2 times to book flights: impossible!!

Not bad, but nearly never able to get the boarding pass on the app, impossible to send to Wallet. If this could work, i would mark 5 stars

This app doesnt work! I always try to search a flight on the app and the flight is always unavailable. In the web site, I can find my flight to buy.

Is not possible to select flight dates

The App still working, but i cant use it because the language are chinese and i dont know how to change.

This app is not working at all! Its in chinese and the payment gets not through in the end. Really annoying!

Horrible experience flying AirAsia!! Online booking program is terribly complicated and too onerous on purpose, so you miss all the extra charges added to your total. Charges like checked baggage for each passenger, insurance. This practice of negative billing is criminal. I travelled in a group of 7 and missed the 7 checked baggage payment that I did not want. We had a total of 6 bags and tried calling customer service 3X. Put on hold for 30 mins. each time and gave up. Cherry on the cake: they seated my 8 yr old niece at the back of the plane by herself. I spoke to the check in agent about making sure she sat with us and she reaffirmed that she was. 6 of us day in seat 9A-F, while she sat in 25! Disgusting!!

App crashes a lot. Cant even redeem or check how many big points. Whats the point? Stupid.

Tells me to check my internet connection.. all the time.. have not been able to get in to retrieve my bookings.

Every second time i open this app, it disables itself and forces me to update! This is unnacceptable! waiting for an app to update at an airline check-in counter is not OK, and wastes everyones time! stop it! i have flights to catch! your flights! this reflects poorly on the airline!

I have spent hours trying to book a simple ticket… It just doesnt work. Theres always some aspect of it that fails.

Any operation is still blocked by the funking update notice popup, you can no choice again with this version also. It only try to prevent you from persevering in anythings.

I dont even know where to start. App works terrible and the only nice thing is its design. I was trying to book a flight using my debit card and it said its expired (1st attempt). Obviously its not true. Then Ive tried second time and got error ooops, something went wrong (2nd attempt). I was forced to do all ordering process again and again... at least 7 times. Im so tired of it. Then I decided to use Credit Card. Same thing. What a mess. Then I thought that maybe there is a chance to use Air Asia RWD website. Not a good idea. Also I was trying to use a promo code in mobile app (30% off from 25.11). It doesnt work too. It says that promo code is either expired nor non applicable. If you touch any confirm button you should see preloader or some other what a sec indicator. Instead of this nothing happen so you click and click again... as a result app crashes or sends like 10 confirmation emails. Tragedy.

Awfull. Shows "your session expire in 2 minutes" every 10 seconds. While payment just crashed and showed the first screen with add. Useless.

Interface program on Thai. How to return the English?

Couldnt buy tickets with Maestro bank card. App said that I should fill CVC/CVV code, but Maestro doesnt have this code at all. I tried to use my Chinese bank card, but I couldnt do it either. There are a lot of passengers from China, bun no Chinese bank card in the app? Strange... Official site works too slow... I bought Air Asia tickets on Ctrip: this site works fast and accept all bank cards

The app doesnt work properly, try putting in departure date and then return date , impossible ..,

Cant see my bookings after paying for tickets.. I tried 2 or 3 days but still no changes.. Through computer i can but through application bot showing anything...

Generally the app works but there are bugs which will impact my confidence in the company... for example, on 26 June commenced my trip; I departed Perth to Shanghai and my return to Perth is 8 Aug but but... my Air Asia app on my iPhone 5S doesnt show my next flight correctly! Under the upcoming menu tab I t shows my already flown 1st flight sector! It should show my next upcoming flight on 8 August... and there is no record of my already flown flight under the flown menu tab. The problem is that the app is in the store with such an obvious bug! Either the Quality Control team are not managed... or there is no Quality Control team; both possibilities are NOT GOOD in the airline business.
