The "boarding passes" screen just gives you codes to print your pass at the airport. They arent actually boarding passes. Kind of misleading.

This update is a total crap. Big point is still N/A. I even lost my profile picture

I booked from traveling agency, why I can not add my booking and manage it manually .

It was fine until this version. Try to Change flights and find out that instead of crediting your original flight it adds the amount to the new flight. They charge you double to change your flight plus an additional fee. They screwed up the math calculations. Does the same thing on their website. Now I have to go find a travel agent to get any credit from my original flight.

There is always a new bug introduced at each update. Impossible to book a return flight as the app does not let you choose meals for the second flight. So yeah, there needs to be some serious people working on this.

weak app, even worse company. it takes 4 months for refunds to be issued :/

This app sent me a push notification in the middle of the night about some promotion they are doing. I dont like being woken up to read some advertisement.

DO NOT book tickets through this app. Will enter wrong DOB no matter how careful you are and make tickets unusable.

An alert that says "your session will expire in two minutes" pops up every 5 seconds which made it a nightmare when your booking. When I logged in to the site, my account email and password werent recognized so I cannot book on their site neither! I had to log in because I had an experience not getting confirmation on my email when I booked.

Needs many improvements like adding info to wallet

Names are wrong. I can only get into the app about every third time and the dates were wrong on my flight. Website is better. App is garbage.

User are unable to use the app, and force to update first

It kept loading slowly and had so many errors. It made me nervous because I had to input payment information.

The app is so bad that I was not lazy to review it after delete it. Shame for Airasia to have an app full of bugs

This new app replaces the previous one which had not worked for some months (airports would not load). The new app has no flight status info and does not support multitasking (if you leave the app then it reloads when you go back). It also seems very slow. Otherwise it seems to work fine though I havent tried buying a ticket.

Why no compatibilty with passbook ??

Nothing to say when nothing happen!

...however: 1- has a tendency to crash when 3G is not that good (happens often in Malaysia) 2- the bar code page does not scroll down; so once you have done 3 check-ins you cannot access your new bookings because the previous ones wont move... Do check the Easyjet app; brilliant! And boarding passes go into the Passbook !

This app is not working properly. I cannot select THB currency, only MYR and settings for currency is completely blank

They closed their gates 1 hour and half before my departure time and didnt want me to get in. And I couldnt get any refund. I had to buy new tickets from another airline. I lost 200$. Worst airline ever. I will never use their service again in my entire life!
