After checking-in and entering my mobile number (international, not Malaysian) in different formats, no Passbook appears in messages, nothing is sent to me.

Cant find Passbook connecting in the app.

After last update of my iPhone, this app doesnt opening at all ;( I have bad feelings about that.

An error - No network connectivity - but my internet is ok

No start English, only thai (((

Every 10 seconds it is showing me the message "Your session will expire in 2 minutes. Click OK to continue". It makes me crazy

I cant change the language.. How to do it?

After the update it becomes crap! Now both booking and check in doesnt work...what is this app for now?

Always no flights available when your search through the app but they are in the website !!! Alij

I downloaded and attempted to use the app hoping it would be easier to check-in for a scheduled return flight. I never could get past the spinning load screen. Real bummer as I find navigating their webpage from my mobile challenging.

Nice loading icon... The rest not sure because the apps keep loading till the end of time!

Couldnt get passed the loading screen, useless and crappy as well as the airline itself.

I got the very nice spinning airasia logo and..... Thats it. After tried so many times. Never give up. I got into the app that works quite well. If you are listening, please do something with the spinning. I hate it.

After I checked-in, the system offered me to add boarding pass in Passbook. However, it doesnt work. So please fix this bug. Thank you
