Nationality list limited - cannot book

My nationality (France) is not on the list when I try to book. Seems there are very few in the proposed list. Cannot book....

Useless

Impossible to use web check-in. Impossible to retrieve details of bookings made outside the app.... No passbook available...

App Is broken!

This app is broken, not accept credit card and the messenger of error is frequently! Please, fix it!!!

Instability issues

The App is not stable. Connection errors, unnecessary time outs and no save options.

Ok but could be much better

Ive used this app to book a flight in Thailand and it worked. Unfortunately whenever I switch back from another app it resets to the start. This is especially annoying when I just want to copy my local phone or credit card number from other apps and find out that I have to fill out everything again. When I want to checkin I have to fill in my booking number all other info which I already provided. Please make the app more usable!

update with error on login

ever since the update it doesnt let me log into my bookings anymore (session needs to be reset). now I need to figure out how to print my boarding passes. not cool airasia.

Not possible to enter a search.

I have just tried to enter a search and was two times thrown out of the program...

can not use the App

The App starts in the laguage of your actual location, no way to change it. Being in Thailand, not being able to read Thai language, its simply unusable.

I changed my emailadress in the internetprofile and all bookings on the app are gone. If you install the app on two different iphones You cant see the bookings on both

This app looks nice but is unusable. 1. The app state gets reset each time you switch to another app. Lets say you copy the booking reference from your email app and paste it in and then swap to settings to copy your phone number (which you dont have memorized because it is a temporary SIM card while travelling). Switch back? Boom! Everything is reset to the front page. 2. I have tried checking in for two separate flights both well within time limits and each time the app says I have to check in between 14 days and 1 hour before departure. Looks are nice but functionality is better.

Why get rid of the old app?

This new one is certainly prettier, but you cant sign in or look at your itineraries easily. Bring back the old app, please!!

Broke the app good job.

Now i can not even select an origin. You try to fix an app and just cause more problems... Why dont you make it save my information like name, age etc instead of screwing up the app.

Not just bad, it can make you loose your flight

It would be hard to sum up in a single review the reasons why this is such badly designed app. Ill do it over several and update as new thoughts come to me...the app tried to use cute buttons to hide the festering mess within. Heres some highlight problems. Payment method: it will let you choose AMEX as an option, but will not support it from certain regions-.( a little detail the app developers or air Asia feel is not important to correct- it actually will even give you a booking number!)? I had to find out at the ticket counter despite have a confirmation number for flight. Customer chat: lol. The microbe small window will need to be expanded to even see and will leave u hanging with no explanation. ( an apt reflection of the air Asia ethos) and dont expect customer support to actually get back to you, there are bad apps out there, this one is "exceptional" in its depth if crappiness. Does Air Asia care: nah, they actually use bad service as a business model. Why scramble to give refunds for mis-booked flights when you can just keep the money? Stupidity makes economic sense to Air Asia: the worlds shittiest Airline! With the worlds shittiest app!
